Balanced capital allocation

Ferrexpo understands the importance of delivering attractive total cash returns to shareholders. Ferrexpo is committed to maintaining an appropriate balance between total cash returns to shareholders, investment in the business and maintaining a strong capital position. Going forward, Ferrexpo intends to pay a progressive dividend, taking into account these objectives and the earnings outlook of the Group.

Dividend Currency Election

Although Ferrexpo’s reporting currency is US Dollars, our shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange and denominated in GBP Sterling and dividends are therefore paid in GBP Sterling. Shareholders may elect to receive dividend payments in US Dollars by completing the Dividend Currency Election Form and sending the completed form to our registrar, Equiniti Ltd.
